ZAE – Faking Love

Breaking a silence that lasted even too much, London popstress ZAE returns with the follow-up single to Letting Go. The new track is called Faking Love and it’s a feast of bold synth hooks, chasing electronic percussions and haunting pop textures, topped by the amazing voice of the electronic pop artist. This song sounds like Jessie Ware out of her comfort zone, which means it sounds really really good.

Speaking to TLOBF, ZAE said: “‘Faking Love’ is about coming to terms with who you are and learning to embrace your true self. I wanted the song to highlight the importance of breaking through traditional, right wing ‘society norms’ in order to get to a place where you feel comfortable in your own skin. To be able to love fully and openly without fear.
