Wooly Mammoths – Come Undone

As far as we do our best to offer you the best and freshest music throughout the whole year, it goes without saying that we might have missed something along the way. For example the self-titled debut EP of Belgian psych-pop band Wooly Mammoths and a track like Come Undone, which thanks to its jangle guitars, hazy vocals and sun-drenched soundscape conveys some serious Tame Impala’s vibes.

Speaking on the song, the band said: “Come Undone is about the fleetingness of happiness, the ebb and flow of your emotions, how quickly they can come and go. In moments when you should be feeling good, you aren’t or sometimes you feel great unexpectedly. It has jangly guitars and a pop vibe but a definite darker undercurrent.
