White Kite – Curtain Call
London electronic quartet White Kite has unveiled their latest offering and follow-up track to their single Swans. The song is soaked in a cinematic soundscape made of old-school trip-hop textures à la Massive Attack, where nocturnal synth stabs, rampant guitars and sparse electronic percussions surround the fragile yet emotional voice of lead singer Louis Shadwick.
Speaking on the track, says: “it is a song about deciding to end something that you should have ended a long time ago… coming to the realisation that something has to give.”
Curtain Call and Swans are out now digitally via Ltd Ltd and on a 7″ vinyl. You can buy it here.
