TEIP – Friendzone

TEIP‘s intriguing debut Friendzone is that kind of song that we never get tired of listening to. Based in Oslo, this Anglo-Norwegian quartet blends various influences, ranging from pbr&b to garage, and we have to say that their first output is seriously good. A soulful, deep voice warbles “everybody wants to get out from the friendzone/ now it comes a song on the radio/ I just can’t get used to the afterglow” over a compelling rhythm marked by sharp synths and pumping beats.
