Skott – Porcelain

Starting with pulsating 808 pads, Porcelain slowly reveals all its beauty with an original sound palette where contemporary r’n’b vocals magnificently collides with a joyful children’s choir. The track serves as the introduction into the new-music world for Skott, brand-new artist grew up in a forest commune run by outcast folk musicians. This powerful contrast beween traditions and modernity is the quid pluris of Porcelain and made of Skott another new promising name to watch.

Speaking on Porcelain, Skott said: “The most precious things take time and care to build, but take only a fraction of that time to destroy or break. Porcelain is about how you can spend limitless time creating something – trust, for example – but you can also let it fall to the ground in a second.

Porcelain will be released on 7″ limited edition vinyl on July 29th, alongside exclusive vinyl B-side Wolf via Chess Club (UK) and B3SCI (US).  Listen below.
