Kat Deal – Let It Rain

London-based singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Kat Deal shared later last week her debut single Let It Rain, a song bejeweled by jazzy inlays that blends the soulness of Kat’s majestic vocals with the pop vibes of its melody, reaching the pak into a massive, fierce chorus. The lirycs “I’m on my knees, begging for the rain to fall on me. I’ll send my prayers above, armed with my faith and love. Let it rain” are the attempt of Kat, who started singing with Kwabs and already performed multiple live sessions for BBC Introducing as well as singing with the National Youth Jazz, to externalize this metaphorical rain dance, in order to “to wash away the bad and let the good grow again”.
