Kassassin Street – To Be Young

Portsmouth five-piece Kassassin Street is forging ahead very quickly. Formed only 18 months ago, the band built up a huge following in the South of England due to only a couple of singles. The reason is simple: they’re masters in writing hooky indie-rock songs. Their last offering, To Be Young, is a rousing mix between The Maccabees and Tv On The Radio and it reminds us the good times when guitar-bands shot off sparkles.

To Be Young will be included in a special Record Store Day vinyl release alongside Kassassin Street’s previous singles Centre Straight Atom and The Royal Handkerchief Ballet. Listen below.
