Fractions – Burnst

Fractions have dropped a new track from their upcoming self-titled debut EP. Swaying over Cranberries-esque vocals, Burnst sounds way dreamier than the English five-piece’s previous offering Breathe. Splashes of sharp guitars find their way into the folds of 80s-dripping synths. It’s simply that kind of song that leaves you floating through a different ethereal dimension.

Guitarist Martin Downing explains band’s mindset as “a combination of all of our individual strengths rolled into one. We are all fractions of Fractions as we all contribute our own part to what you hear”.

Fractions’ debut EP will be released through Edils Records on September 29th. Listen to Burnst below.
