Cameron A G – Lost Direction

Oxford-based multi-instrumentalist Cameron A G just got back on the road with a new track, which follows last year’s debut single Highs And Lows. Lost Direction is no more based on guitar chords like the first one, but rather it’s an amazing soft piano ballad reminiscent of the bedroom-pop approach used by Youth Lagoon. According to the NME, Cameron “grew up in Nicaragua where his parents were missionaries, but moved to Oxford when he was 12. His dad is a Baptist Minister, and he got into making music because there was space at the side of his church used for community youth workshops”. Maybe it is also because of his history as a man that the music he makes is so delicate and relaxing.
