Bruno Major – Cold Blood

We’ve probably missed some pieces here and there, but we’ve tried to follow the whole series of monthly releases that Bruno Major dropped in the past months. Now the London based singer/songwriter and brother of London Grammar’s member Dot has unveiled the penultimate song of the series, which is called Cold Blood. It sounds slightly more uptempo and R&B-influenced than his previous offerings, with a minimalist electronic production that perfectly blends with Bruno’s rough and heartfelt vocals.

Speaking on the song, Bruno said: “The penultimate song, only one moon to go. I wrote ‘Cold Blood’ after having been unceremoniously dropped by my record label a while ago. It was recorded last month as with nearly all of this project in a garden shed in London with my genius friend Phairo … I think he has excelled himself on this one. Lots of love. B

Cold Blood is taken from A Song For Every Moon, which will be available on August 25th.
