Beach Baby – Sleeperhead

London-based jangle-poppers Beach Baby have just gifted us with another booty moving anthem that sounds perfect for dancing in a club together with the indie-rock classics from Arctic Monkeys and Bloc Party. It’s called Sleeperhead and it’s straightforward as hell thanks to catchy guitars and a huge chorus. They describe it as a “semi-ironic, slightly bitter ode to a simple, traditional life. It’s about exhaustion, discontent and, ultimately, escapism. We wanted to follow ‘Limousine’ with something that would still make you want to drive with the roof down, even in the depths of the British winter.” Produced – again – by Adam Jaffrey (Bloc Party, Dev Hynes, Django Django), Sleeperhead will be released on March 11th via Handsome Dad.
