EardrumsPop – Between Two Waves vol. 2

To curate a music blog also means to be part of a boundless community that shares the same interests and passions, and it means to feel yourself obliged of sharing the initiatives of those who actually “do something” to stir things up. One of the aforementioned is certainly the net-label EardrumsPop (Northern Spies, Niko Niko!, etc), that is about to launch the second edition of the Between Two Waves compilation.

What is Between Two Waves? It’s a compilation made of collaborations. And what does this mean? Very simple: all the bands [that will be included in it] need to be new collaborative projects, created specifically for the compilation by two or more artists.

They will have to find an original name for their collab, to record a new unreleased song together and send it to EardrumsPop. (Obviously) everyone can choose their own mates and the song should be “warm and melodic”, using the label’s own words.

For more details about this fantastic project, check the dedicated page over at EardrumsPop’ website.
